We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Triangle Community Physicians, PA is committed to providing to our patients and the communities we serve a high level of quality, compassionate and non-judgmental medical care and to operate as a successful, exemplary business with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only.  We make every effort to stay on schedule because we realize your time is as valuable as ours.  If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  This allows us maximum flexibility in scheduling emergency patients.  Termination of care may result from noncompliance of recommended care including missed or multiple rescheduled appointments.  

Telephone Calls

For non-emergency concerns, please call during regular office hours.  The Auto-Attendant will direct your call to the appropriate person.  During office hours, you will speak with our Triage Nurse.  Outside of office hours, our doctors respond to emergency calls on a rotating basis.  During the evening, an answering service records basic information and then pages the doctor on call who will return your call as soon as possible. 

Insurance

Our office participates with most insurance carriers, except Medicaid.  We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and because insurance policies vary, we suggest you contact them directly for your benefits.  As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance, however you are responsible for your portion at the time of service.  All deductibles, co-insurance and patient co-payments must be paid at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.  If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
