John A. Kallianos, MD

johnkallianosMDDr. Kallianos offers his patients a personable side of medicine with a high degree of professionalism. He received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1986, and then completed his internship and residency training at Duke University Medical Center, as well specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.  In 1990, after graduation Dr. Kallianos and Dr. Pennington started Durham Adult and Childhood Medicine and later changed the name to Triangle Community Physicians, P.A. with more focus in adult medicine.

Dr. Kallianos is married with three children.

Dr. Kallianos looks forward to providing a high level of care to each of his patients.

Kombiz P. Klein, DO                    What is a D.O.?

kombizkleinDODr. Klein is originally from south Florida and graduated from University of Florida with a bachelor of science in Microbiology.  He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.  He completed his internship/residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in 2001 at the University of Texas—Houston.  He, his wife and two children moved to Durham in 2001, and Dr. Klein has been at Triangle Community Physicians since.  As a primary care physician, he treats a wide array of health issues from prevention and treatment of common health complaints to management of complex medical problems that may arise is infants, children and adult men and women.

 

Sara Hardy, FNP

sarahardyFNPSara is from Ontario, Canada where she earned her nursing diploma and moved to North Carolina to begin her nursing career 26 years ago.  She attended Chamberlain College of Nursing and received her BSN in 2011 and her MSN, Nurse Practitioner in 2020.  Sara is married with four children in high school and college, and lives in Wake Forest.  With a nursing career in critical care and emergency medicine, she looks forward to providing primary care to patients.
 

Chelsea Johnson, PA

ChelseaJohnsonPAChelsea is a native North Carolinian who completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Elon University.  She is married and a proud bonus mom of two beautiful girls.  With a certification in allied health training and a special interest in pediatrics, she will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, genders and backgrounds.

 

Lucille Sepic, PA

lucysepicpaLucille (Lucy) Sepic is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant.  She has her M.S. from Elon University's Physician Assistant Program, and graduated summa cum laude with her B.S. in Biology and minor in Hispanic Studies from East Carolina University.
Her training and accomplishments have been diverse and comprehensive.  A majority of her clinical experiences both prior to and during her PA career had a focus on quality patient care, specifically in the fields of psychiatry, oncology and geriatrics.  She is excited to help folks with their primary care concerns.  Lucy grew up in Ohio but has been in North Carolina for the majority of her life.  In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her indoor plant collection, running and reading.  She doesn't have a dog yet but hopes to get one very soon.
